Traditionally, I do not give an entire page to one entity such as a garden. However, this is an exception. These gardens were rated by Budget Travel Magazine as one of the top ten gardens in the world. Luckily, they are only a few miles from my home. Sadly, they are only open a few days a year. If you want to visit, be sure to check the web site, Schnormeier Gardens, for pertinent information regarding times to visit. This fact I know, the gardens are closed to the public for the remainder of 2008 as a new specialty garden is being built.
